Polar White and Midnight Black. Indisputably, strong combination for day or night dressing. Adding a velvet blazer elevates the look of these monogramed sweats, so I can run from work to the gym to cocktails effortlessly.

Pure Energy! Polar White and Midnight Black are a strong combination for day or night dressing!

My trick for fitting it all in? I wear workout leggings and a tank with a built-in sports bra underneath and top it with a button down. That way, I’m dressed from the time I get up in the morning to do everything I need to do and it motivates me to workout because I’m already dressed underneath my clothes.

Let It Roll! Keeping it Chic... equestrian inspired gear for urban cycling.

A helmet is a must on city streets, but I never want to sacrifice style. So in my book, fashion follows function. I love winter white. I’m always on the hunt for elegant v-neck sweaters and thermal leggings, like the ones here from Uniqulo, because there’s nothing better than being able to stay outdoors all day long when I have a chance to get out and play.

Decoding the look: Black and White snaps any outfit to attention. Brown accessories bring a soft sophisticated elegance to an outfit that would otherwise feel graphic and stark. The snake skin bag echoes the black and white motif in a quiet natural pattern that makes the overall look really special.

This very fabulous, not to mention totally packable leather jacket from the brilliant travel collection at Anatomie, has mesh arms and inserts to keep you at just the perfect when it’s warm in the sun and chilly in the shade.

One of my favorite finds of the season, and a serious bargin too, is this turtle neck from my friend and mentor, Karl Lagerfeld. It’s soft and roomy, and I keep it in my bag to slip on over a tank or a tee shirt anytime there’s a chill in the air.

If you love the arts and you’ve never been to Lincoln Center put it on your wish list or your bucket list. It’s on my Christmas wish list to go and see my friend, prima ballerina Misty Copeland, dance the Nutcracker with The American Ballet Theater at Lincoln Center in a few weeks with my daughters… fingers crossed for tickets. I’ll keep you posted.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!
